Yin yoga takes the approach of stretching deeper layers of connective tissue to approve flexibility and hydrating joints and tissues. The use of props supports the body in longer, deeper holds of specific tailored poses. Usually lower back and hips are the targets of concentration. The practice can also promote deep release of stress and tension from the mind and body.
Heated Vinyasa Flow is an all levels class, incorporating breath-based movement through postures. This class is slightly slower paced than the Power classes however still challenging, you will sweat! Great for beginners, modifications are offered as needed.
Heated Power classes are also all levels, fairly fast-paced and involve at least one or more advanced postures including, but not limited to an arm balance pose or inversion. Beginners are welcome as modifications are offered as needed. Power classes are also great for students who are looking to challenge themselves through physical asana (postures).
