Bikram style Hot Yoga

Hot yoga is designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Hot Yoga systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well being will automatically follow.

Inferno Hot Pilates

a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat. It is designed for all fitness levels. Done in a heated room.

Traditional Yin Yoga

Focus on stillness, stretching and lengthening the connective tissues by holding ground postures for 3-5 minutes and allowing gravity to do the work. This space also provides students the opportunity to listen to the message the body has to offer and can help develop a mindful meditation practice.
